I went in for facilitator training at this location, Dennis was a great instructor and I learned a lot coming out of this training. The owner and creator of this program was extremely kind as well. You can tell everyone working there truly care and believes in their system, and coming out of it I do too! I recommend to anyone, most can have use for these de-escalation trainings.
